Job Summary

As a Druid Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth; selling our highly successful Raemis platform, focused on the North American enterprise market. Your primary responsibility will be establishing and cultivating relationships with key System Integrators in the space to gain additional distribution of the Druid product set, and to expand our leadership position in the enterprise PCN space.

Druid is seeking a talented Account Manager to join the North American sales team selling our leading-edge 4G/5G wireless core platform, including roaming, neutral host, and MEC capabilities. Our technology platform is a highly specialized software product that is deployed globally in mission & business-critical environments.
As we continue to grow our North American business, we are looking for someone who is passionate about selling high-quality software by demonstrating the critical differentiators that separate Druid from the competition. We are expanding our sales team, and this exciting opportunity exists to join one of the pioneers in the private cellular networking industry. The successful candidate will be a key contributor in the success of the N.A. team, and the company as a whole.

Duties Include

  • Playing a leadership role on the team in relation to account management of key channel partners.
  • Maintain responsibility for the delivery of sales metrics.
  • Develop & execute channel acquisition program, including prospecting and contract negotiation.
  • Communicate best practices in product leadership to the product team and prepare competitive product comparison metrics.
  • Continuously monitor and execute a product positioning program to ensure an optimum value proposition for the PCN solutions.
  • Maintain an up-to date marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of Druid’s products, processes, and messaging.
  • Developing sales tools & collateral.

Key performance Indicators for the role:

  • Achieving key sales business metrics.
  • Delivery of sales plan targets consistent with overall company objectives.
  • Achieving market share and leadership measurements.
  • Preparation and delivery of winning RFIs and RFPs.
  • High channel support satisfaction rating.

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in selling software products in the telecommunications market.
  • College degree or IT qualification in a related field.
  • Experience in developing and pursuing creative approaches to closing complex technology deals.
  • Highly competent in presenting and articulating company value propositions to all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter and growth focused.
  • Strong performance mind-set.
  • Orientation toward being a team player.

Desired Criteria

  • Proven success in building relationships at the CXO level.
  • Understanding of the private cellular network industry and the key players.
  • Track record of developing strategies to align customer and company goals to achieve win/win outcomes.
  • Understanding of contracts, terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate agreements.
