This Policy applies to any websites and applications owned by Druid Software (referred to as “Druid” or “we”) and provides information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of our website/applications. Please read this Druid Privacy Policy very carefully. All visitors to our websites/applications are hereinafter referred to as the “User”.

WHY DRUID COLLECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION

During the course of carrying out our business and performing our services, Druid collects personal information in order to conduct our business, to provide and market our services, and to meet our legal obligations. "Personal information" is any information that can be used to identify an individual. Sometimes, our clients may also require us to collect information on their behalf in connection with their services or products to the User. Druid gathers information in two ways:

Indirectly (through our site’s technology or through other third parties who collect information on our behalf or have the right to share the User's information with us);

Directly (when the User provides voluntarily information to us by way of online forms or questionnaires filled out by the User, face-to-face meetings, interviews, business cards or telephone conversations, job application forms).

HOW DOES DRUID USE THIS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may use the User's personal information for the purposes of operating our business, delivering, improving, and customising our websites and solutions, sending marketing and other communications related to our business, and for other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law. Personal Information is processed based on a consent given by the User. The consent of the User is confirmed by marking an adequate field in the form, in the course of the procedure enabling the use of services.

We generally use and disclose the User's personal information for the following purposes:

  • Deliver services to you or carry out transactions you have requested.
  • Send the User, to the provided e-mail addresses or telephone numbers, answers to inquiries,
    sent beforehand via the contact form, provided that the User gave his consent to receive such
    information. The User can withdraw his consent at any moment.
  • Call, contact by mail or e-mail, provided that the User has given his consent for such contact
    while sending a CV or work application at the same time. Druid has the right to collect and
    use the information for contact with respect to the recruitment process, future job
    opportunities and other employment information.
  • Contact the User if he downloads products or documents to confirm certain information about
    the User order, discuss the downloaded products or provide marketing or sales information about
    related products and services. Druid also may use this information to confirm compliance with
    licensing and other terms of use. It is possible to browse the Druid website without leaving personal data.
RETENTION OF INFORMATION

Druid retains information collected from the User only as long as necessary for the purpose for which he provides it or as required by law.

Druid retains information collected indirectly through our site’s technology or through other third parties who collect information on our behalf or have the right to share the User's information with us for 2 years.

Druid retains information collected directly with a use of online forms or questionnaires filled out by the User, face-to-face meetings, interviews, business cards or telephone conversations, job application forms for 10 years since the date of voluntarily leaving personal information by the User.

SHARING INFORMATION WITH OTHER PARTIES

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that the User voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from the User. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use this information to respond to the User, regarding the reason he contacted us. We will not share the User's information with any third party outside of our organisation, other than as necessary to fulfil your request.

USER RIGHTS

The User declares, that he is providing his data voluntarily and reserves the right to access, change or demand the removal of the data.

The execution of the above permissions is possible through withdrawing consent for personal data processing any time through submission of a respective notice via e-mail at: enquiries@druidsoftware.com.

Upon written request and within a reasonable time frame we will correct, delete and/or block personal information from further processing.

HOW DOES DRUID PROTECT SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

The web pages on our site are equipped with safeguards, which, thanks to adequate technical and organisational measures, are supposed to protect personal data against their loss, undesirable use, unlawful processing and modification. The Administrator commits to protecting all the information disclosed by the User in accordance with the standards of safety protection and confidentiality. Druid aims to keep their technical and organisation measures up-to-date. The Internet, however, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any personal information you provide to us.

COOKIE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve the access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.
